  • Some event types may be subject to $150 setup and cleaning charge. Call to inquire.
  • These space rental prices are for events with up to 60 guests. If more than 60 guests $150 surcharge will be applied.
  • Maximum capacity is 100 guests.
  • All bookings are subject to $1000 refundable security deposit payable before the event.
  • To secure 6-pack prices we ask for first and last rental fee payable before the first event. Rental fee is for 6 hours of rental.
  • Longer rentals may be subject to additional fees. Call to inquire.
  • Space is available after 6:00 P.M. on weekdays and all day weekends and holidays.
  • All prices are subject to HST unless paid in cash.
